Claire’s at the Museum is an oceanfront spot that’s one of our absolute favorites for bottomless mimosas in Long Beach. Ok hear me out, because their mimosas aren’t actually totally bottomless, but this is a spot that’s too good to miss! Here you can treat yourself to Claire’s Champagne special for $85, which includes two bottles of prosecco and three carafes of juice. So it’s basically bottomless if there are only two of you!
Claire’s can be found at the Long Beach Museum of Art, so it’s perfect if you’re looking to get a dose of culture before you head for the booze. The oceanfront dining area surrounds Claire Falkenstein’s stunning water sculpture, Structure and Flow. The patio also features an unobstructed view of the Queen Mary and Catalina Island.
