June Summer Concert at Rancho Los Alamitos

Join us for a family-friendly evening with a live, musical performance. Cool off during a summer night and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Rancho Los Alamitos presents our 3rd Annual Summer Concert Series! We are opening our grounds after hours on two Sunday evenings this year: June 22nd and August 24th.

Grab your lawn chairs or blankets and pack a picnic dinner! Join us for a night with family and friends amid our lush historic grounds. We’re excited to announce that the Laurie Morvan Band will perform blues rock on June 22nd.

Free parking for each concert is at CSULB Lot G13, located on the corner of Atherton Street and Palo Verde Ave. We will have a free shuttle service running up to and from the Rancho. We will not have onsite parking at the Rancho. Doors open and the shuttle service begins at 4:30 pm, and the event will end at 7:00 pm. We will stop the shuttle service from the Lot G13 at 6:30 pm. When the event concludes, we will have the shuttle running continously from the Rancho back to the parking lot.

Free admission: RSVPs are required. This helps us anticipate how many people will like to attend. This event is first come, first served. Tickets do not guarantee entry.

Check out our FAQ section below for more information. We can’t wait to see you!

Our next Summer Concert will be on Sunday, August 24th. Please check back to RSVP for this date.

More about Laurie Morvan and her band!

Blues Foundation Award winner Laurie Morvan has built a career playing guitar-driven, rocking blues, with a back pocket full of well-warranted swagger, and songs that reflect true craftsmanship. She is a true entertainer and musical ringmaster who leads her devastatingly tight band through a myriad of twists and turns with a level of finesse and musical intuition that only comes from years of road work.

Laurie and her band have toured extensively throughout the USA and Canada, along with short stints in Mexico and Europe. They have performed on the main stages of some of the industry’s most respected blues festivals, including King Biscuit Blues Festival, Calgary Bluesfest, Magic City Blues Fest, Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival, Thunder Bay Blues Festival, and many others.
