In alignment with Compound‘s mission to support small businesses and Long Beach’s diverse communities, we are excited to feature Compound Chef Resident Avanthi Dev of kala., a sustainably minded pop-up chef and caterer whose approach takes the artistry, science, and intuition of cooking and shows that food does not have to be expensive, inconvenient, or complicated.
